Account Terms

By creating an account with Braincast, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading Terms

A valid payment method is required for paying accounts. Payments are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.

Privacy and Security of Your Data

We are committed to the privacy and security of your data. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

General Conditions

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is available via email.

Liability

The Service is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Service has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
